- Physical, postural and visual ergonomics;
- Workflow and organisational ergonomics;
- Physiological responses to noise, light, colour, etc;
- Social responses, interactions and passive knowledge flow in critical and business-as-usual work activities.
The briefing and requirements gathering is undertaken according to the ISO 11064 suite of standards for the ergonomic design of control centres.
